Every time you go online you'll see news about Covid-19. Don't get consumed by it. Dedicate a small portion of your time to reading up about it - from a reliable source - and go about your day.
2. Stress Reduction Activities: Focus on what you are grateful for. Exercise. Do something that you know helps you to relax - a bath, watching your favourite film, video calling a friend.
